- Between impromptu trips to Perth, starting a new job, house sitting in a suburb that I’m convinced is closer to the WA border than it is to the Adelaide CBD, house hunting, and falling madly in love with a kaftan, I’ve been, and continue to be, a busy little fizz!
- Despite the reason I was there, I really did have a lovely time in Perth and managed to catch up with 84.6% of the people I wanted to. People are very important folks. Be sure to catch up with them regularly, whether that be in person, via email, phone, or carrier pigeon.
- I have a job! It’s with a company that I used to work for before I left Adelaide many moons ago, and it feels great to be back in my old digs. Sometimes I get the warm fuzzies just sitting at my desk.
- I have been introduced to a man who could possibly be one of the loveliest men in all of Adelaide, AND he’s going to be my housemate! We met for the first time today, and will be hitting the rental market hard over the coming weeks to find ourselves something fabulous.
